Your data are processed by SYSTRA, as controller. Data are hosted by Data Campus.

  • Regarding the contact form/media space: name, forename, phone number, email address, position, company or media organization, message subject and content.

      Function : Language choice management.
      Length: 1 year
    • Name: wordpress_test_cookie
      Function: Test whether the navigator authorises cookies or not.
      Length: Session

The use of cookies and the data collection related to the contact form and media space are based on your consent.

Who are the recipients of your data?

Communication Department and IT Department of SYSTRA may access your data. The content of your message sent through the contact form will be transferred to the department concerned. Because such department may be located outside the European Union territory, your consent to such transfer will be requested.

Your data will not be transferred or accessed outside SYSTRA group, except for Data Campus (hosting company) and in case of request made by a public or judiciary authority.

How long are your personal data stored?

SYSTRA stores your data only for the duration necessary to the achieve the purposes for which they are processed, and for the duration provided by applicable legal requirements. The duration of the retention of cookies is mentioned in point 3 above. The data related to the contact form/media space are stored for 3 years from the last contact with the person concerned.

Where are stored your data?

Your data are stored in France, by Data Campus, a hosting company.

What commitments regarding your data?

SYSTRA undertakes to collect only personal data that are necessary and proportionate to the purposes mentioned in point 1 above. To ensure the protection of your data, SYSTRA applies technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data. SYSTRA has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to monitor the application of these measures. Data are processed in a transparent manner by SYSTRA and are registered in SYSTRA’s register of processing activities.
